Government Efficient state structure requires expanded integration of IT in the means of governmental control. In recent years this mission has been delegated to independent IT companies. For several years Technoserv has been cooperating with the Russian state bodies in the area of development and deployment of computing and network infrastructure, document circulation automation, budget processes control optimization, etc. The partnership is established at all levels of administrative structure thus forming up one of the key segments of our business.
In 2002 and 2003 Technoserv was named winner of several governmental tenders for carrying out projects in the framework of the Federal Target Program “Electronic Russia - 10”. The company is to work on the problems of electronic documents flow in the structure of Russian bodies of state.
